Privacy notice
Your information, explained.
Updated 11 October 2026. This notice covers our website, browser-only AI readiness assessment and direct email enquiries.
Who handles your information
Ravenline is operated by Debjyoti Dutta in Perth, Western Australia. ABN 44 808 294 492. For privacy questions, email debjyoti@ravenline.com.au.
Your assessment stays in your browser
You can complete the assessment and view your results without providing your name or email. Answers are processed in your browser using fixed rules. The assessment does not send your answers or results to Ravenline, a database or an AI provider.
Answers are saved in session storage in your browser tab so you can resume after a refresh. Use “Clear answers” to remove them. Closing a tab normally ends that storage session, but browser session restoration can retain it. On a shared device, clear your answers when finished. Please leave out customer names, account details, sensitive personal information and confidential records.
There is no report-request form, automatic report email or newsletter signup on this version of the website. Bring your results to a call if you choose to discuss them.
If you contact us by email
Email links open your own email application. Nothing is sent until you choose to send a message. We receive your email address, the name shown on your message and whatever information you include. We use this to respond to your enquiry and arrange or prepare for a call you request.
Our mailbox is provided by Google Workspace. Google and its service providers may process email outside Australia, including in the United States. Details of Google’s processing providers and locations are available in its published provider list. Your own email provider also handles messages you send.
An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. We do not sell your personal information. Please send only the information needed to discuss your business.
Website visits
This website does not use marketing analytics or advertising cookies. Our website host, Netlify, may process technical information such as your IP address, requested pages, browser information and access times to deliver the site and maintain security.
Netlify may process this information outside Australia, including in the United States. Its retention periods depend on the information and the purpose of processing; we do not promise a fixed deletion period for hosting logs. See Netlify’s privacy policy for its handling and retention arrangements.
Keeping and deleting information
Ravenline does not hold a copy of your browser-only assessment. Clear your answers on your device to remove that draft. Email correspondence is held in our Google Workspace mailbox while needed to respond to your enquiry or manage the requested relationship, subject to any necessary record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete correspondence that is no longer needed; provider backups and copies held by your email provider may remain under their own retention arrangements.
If we introduce stored or emailed assessment reports later, we will update this notice and explain the collection and retention arrangements before you submit information.
Access, corrections and complaints
Email debjyoti@ravenline.com.au to ask what information we hold, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity before sharing or changing a private record. We will explain the outcome and any limits on your request.
If a concern remains unresolved, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner to ask whether it can assist.
